The San Diego Green Stage Conference is meeting at the Lakehouse Hotel and Resort Pool in San Marcos to sign and adopt The United Nations World Environmental Day Urban Environmental Accords, aka Jorge Luis Rodriguez Green Stage Resolution 3.10 First National Latino Congreso, the adoption of recycling, of biodegradable products at publicly staged events to reduce organic waste, providing alternative new jobs, and natural nutrient rich compost for organic crops. Jorge Luis Rodriguez director@StageOfTheArts.info also authored the Zero Waste Resolution 7.13 approved by the Second Latino Congreso, Oct 7,2007.
